The Right Remark Podcast
In this week’s episode, we’re talking about diversity and inclusion with Ebru Dogan, a Diversity and Inclusion specialist with over 10 years of experience in driving a cultural change in the private and public sectors.
Ebru was born into a Turkish family, her mother had a hard time when she migrated. Leaving everything behind and coming to a country with little support, not even being able to speak English. This is what drives and inspires the work that Ebru does. She truly understands that not everyone is the same, and it’s significant to understand someone else’s perspective.
Now Ebru is an advocate for quality and equal opportunity for all people, regardless of their race, sexual orientation, abilities, and age.
Ebru is all about giving people a lived experience, and a voice to help shape systemic change in organizations and ensure employees have a sense of belonging and can bring their whole selves to work.
Join me as I talk with Ebru, about how we can spread equality despite all of our differences.
